The Grand Manor Expansion

The Grand Manor is a 56 suite Apartment Hotel located on the southeast corner of 107A Avenue and 97 Street. The Grand Manor has been in operation since 2005 and provides accomodation for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness and dual diagnosis. The Grand Manor also houses a restaurant, the Excel Academy and a Pharmacy. The five storey addition will add 58 suites to the apartment hotel and some ground level commercial space. The remainder of the addition will add support space, such as lounges, patios, dining and spa areas.
